Buttermilk Herb Dressing/Dip
Makes about 3/4 cup (12 Tbsp.)
Great as a salad dressing or dip for
vegetables.
Ingredients
1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. low-fat buttermilk
3 Tbsp. raspberry-flavored vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
1-1/2 tsp. snipped fresh chives
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine until smooth.
Serving Size: Approx. 2 Tbsp.
