Tangy Guacamole
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
1/3 c. thick and chunky salsa
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
- Mix avocado, salsa, garlic, and lime
juice in a bowl.
- Serve with Homemade Tortilla Chips. (see recipe)
