Tangy Sour Cream

Ingredients
1 1-lb. container low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Preparation

  • Place ingredients in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Mixture may be thinned with skim milk if desired.
