Creamy Fudge Frosting
Serves 20

Ingredients
5 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon skim milk
3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted

Preparation

• In a large mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese, milk and vanilla.
• Add cocoa and blend well.
• Add 1 teaspoon of milk and 1/2 cup sugar, beating constantly.
• Add remaining sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
• Spread on completely cooled cake.
