Berry Smoothie
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 16.5 oz. can blueberries or blackberries in light syrup, drained
1-1/2 cups ice cubes
1 6 oz. carton lemon or other fruit-flavored, low-fat yogurt
Preparation
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
