Peanut Butter Power Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup canned pineapple, packed in water, drained (juice reserved)
1/3 cup reserved pineapple juice
1/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. wheat germ, toasted (optional)
1 ice cube

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients (except the ice cube) in the blender and process until smooth.
  • Add ice cube and blend until ice is crushed; serve immediately.
