Cranberry

Serves 6
Ingredients
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) strawberry- or raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 16 oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 10 oz. can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice
1 2 oz. pkg. pecans, chopped
Preparation
- Stir boiling water into gelatin in a medium bowl for 2 minutes
or until completely dissolved.
- Add remaining ingredients in order and mix.
- Pour into small mold or plastic container and refrigerate until
set (at least 3 hours).
