Mango
Mold (Gelatina de Mango)
Serves 8
Ingredients
2 packages sugar-free, orange-flavored gelatin
1 package sugar-free, lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
1 cup fresh mango, diced
Preparation
- Add gelatins and boiling water to a blender container. Cover
and blend until powder dissolves.
- Add cream cheese and mango pieces to the blender and process
all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a mold or other container.
Refrigerate until set.
- Garnish with mango slices if desired.
