Garlic Herb
Grilled Pork Loin
Serves 4
Ingredients
3 lbs. pork loin
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
Preparation
- Cut a deep, lengthwise slit in the pork, leaving both ends attached.
Rub meat inside and outside with olive oil.
- Place garlic in the slit of pork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Press thyme and rosemary lightly into outside of pork.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat and lightly oil
grate.
- Cook pork approximately 1 hour on the prepared grill, turning
every 15 minutes, until interior of meat is no longer pink.
