Grilled
Pork with Garden Salsa
Serves 6
Ingredients
6 butterfly pork chops (6 oz.)
1 cup medium salsa
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1 tbsp. cilantro, snipped (optional)
Preparation
- Combine half of the salsa and 1 tbsp. of the lime juice. Grill
pork chops 10 minutes per side.
- Baste with salsa mixture while grilling.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining salsa, lime juice, cucumber, green
pepper, and cilantro in a saucepan.
- Serve grilled with salsa.
