Pork Roast
A Sunday favorite.
Serves 8

Ingredients
1/3 cup lite soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. thyme
2 lb. lean boneless pork roast

Preparation

  • Combine the soy sauce, sherry, garlic and spices in a plastic zip-lock bag and mix well.
  • Place the pork in the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 10 to 12 hours.
  • Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Remove the pork from the marinade, discard the marinade and roast the pork for 2 hours.
  • Let roast stand 15 minutes before slicing.
