Lemon
Pepper Pasta
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb. spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
1 tablespoon basil
Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta
and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until done; drain.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil and
black pepper. Mix well and toss with the pasta. Serve hot or cold.
