Light Lemon Soup
Serves 6 (1 cup per serving)

Ingredients
6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 to 2 teaspoons dried dill weed, to taste
1/2 cup orzo or rice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation

  • Place broth, dill weed and orzo in a large saucepan.
  • Simmer, uncovered, until orzo is tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and serve.
